Welcome again to the "Pray for Lynette" web site.  Since Lynette Hoppe's passing, we are taking a new direction with the web site with two main goals.  The first is to make available the incredible story of Lynette's 20 month struggle with cancer.  Here you will find everthing she wrote during this time; newsletters, updates, and her Albanian Diary, which describes her journey from the time she returned to Albania, to the end of her life.  Nathan (her husband) wants her writings and experiences available to others who may be, as many have been, inspired by her teachings.

The second goal is to continue to update people about the Hoppes' ongoing mission in Albania.  We want to keep friends and supporters abreast of how Nathan, Tristan and Katherine are doing as they continue their work and lives here in Albania, with the spirit of Lynette.  We want people to be able to pray for and support the Hoppes now, as they forge ahead with their mission and carry on Lynette's work in Albania.

For new visitors, we have a provided a history of the Hoppes' situation in the background section to help our new visitors to understand the situation up to this point. If you are visiting for the first time, start here so that you can gain some insight into the journey that Lynette has taken, and that her family continues today.
